Return and Refunds

• The item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error by MetafluxUK.
• The item remains unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within a reasonable timeframe following delivery.

All returns must be authorised by MetafluxUK prior to goods being returned. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Aerosols, coatings, chemical and hazardous goods
• Custom, bespoke or special-order items
• Clearance or discounted products
• Products not returned in resalable condition

Due to transport and safety regulations surrounding chemical and aerosol products, additional return restrictions may apply.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact sales@metafluxuk.co.uk. as soon as possible with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• supporting photographs where possible

MetafluxUK will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange replacement, exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of MetafluxUK.

Exchanges will generally only be considered where:

• Goods remain unused and in original packaging
• The incorrect item was supplied by MetafluxUK
• The item arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges involving price differences between products may require additional payment and prior approval.

Return Shipping

Unless goods are confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly by MetafluxUK, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers are strongly advised to use tracked and insured delivery services when returning goods, as MetafluxUK cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, MetafluxUK will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on banking providers and payment platforms.
